[Paraview] GenerateGhostArray in a programmable source

Jean,
By looking at vtkDataSet::GenerateGhostArray() implementation it appears
that ghost cell array will not be created if:
- the grid extent is not 3D (I supposed it is not your case here)
- if the the provided extents are the same than the data extents.
You might want to check if this last assertion is not valid for your case.
