[Paraview] Warning about Version while Reading File

Hi Thomas,
I am surprised that version 4.2 gets in the file. In our last upgrade to
the file format we increased the version from 3.0 to 4.0.
So format 4.2 is not out yet. I wonder if Paraview writes that.
How did you generate the file?
