[Paraview] pvtu loading error with PV 5

Alright. Found the culprit! There was an '&' in the filename which
apparently XML does not like.

FYI, if for whatever reason you have '&' in your filename, you can replace
it with *"**&" ... *or simply dont use '&' ... Also the same problem
exists in 4.4. I was opening another file by mistake.
