[Paraview] Catalyst example compile error when adding XML output

Chris,

Try changing CMakeLists.txt, changing the `find_package(ParaView .. )`
and `target_link_libraries(..)` as follows:

    find_package(ParaView 4.1 REQUIRED COMPONENTS vtkPVPythonCatalyst vtkIOXML)
and
     target_link_libraries(CFullExampleAdaptor vtkPVPythonCatalyst vtkIOXML)
