[Paraview] Specify value for CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX when compiling Catalyst?

Some thing like this should do the trick:

> [...]/cmake.sh -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/tmp/install [... path to Catalyst src ...]
