[Paraview] 3d text problem

Hello Miss, Mister,I am beginning in the utilisation of the software Paraview and have some problem with its use:I want to use the 3d text on the surface but it is inverted, moreover i don't know how to write it directly on the programm (vtk),and what does this means?:POINT_DATA 8SCALARS sample_scalars float 1LOOKUP_TABLE my_table0.01.02.03.04.05.06.07.0LOOKUP_TABLE my_table 80.0 0.0 0.0 1.01.0 0.0 0.0 1.00.0 1.0 0.0 1.01.0 1.0 0.0 1.00.0 0.0 1.0 1.01.0 0.0 1.0 1.00.0 1.0 1.0 1.01.0 1.0 1.0 1.0Could you please indicate me how to solve those problems?Thank you kindly for your answer,Kind regards,Marwen
