[Paraview] Axes Grid bug with 2D surfaces

Hi,

I encountered an issue with the new Axes Grid in ParaView 4.4.0.  When I
open my 2D unstructured data file and just switch on the Axes Grid by
selecting the checkbox right next to "Edit Axes Grid ..." I get a white
frame around my surface, but the labels and ticks are missing (see
snapshot1.png).  When I start rotating the surface the labels and ticks
appear (see snapshot2.png).

I cannot reproduce this issue with the wavelet source, hence I attached
a subset of my dataset as .vtu file.  With this dataset the the bug is
reproducible.

For now I will resort to the "Cube Axes", but it would be nice to have
this resolved in the future.
