[Paraview] Right axis range doesn't appear

Hi!

I'm having problems to plot some data in a line chart view depending on 
the bottom-right axes instead of the bottom-left axes (default). The 
issue is that I cannot manually adjust the right axis range since it 
doesn't appear in the Properties tab. Attached to this email you will 
find a screenshot showing this issue.
I tried with Paraview 4.3.1 and Paraview 4.4.0-RC2 and both versions 
have the same problem.

Am I doing something wrong?
