[Paraview] tile edge artifacts with volume rending in parallel mode

Excellent. This bug is frustrating because the parallel speedup I am
getting with volume rendering is huge! (Nearly linear up to ~24 processes.)
So consider my issue to also be a compliment regarding the excellent
scaling of Paraview! ;)
