[Paraview] Maximize CUDA processors usage by Paraview

By default ParaView doesn't have CUDA support built-in.

Only a couple of plugins support CUDA and only for the features provided in
those plugins. The plugins that can use CUDA are: Piston, SciberQuest, and
Dax.
