[Paraview] Question about programmable data source

The reason for that (assuming ParaView 4.3.1) may be that you're
changing the "Output DataSet Type" after the first Apply (or you're
using "Auto Apply" in which case the Apply happens before you get
around to change the data type). See Section 13.2.4 from the ParaView
Guide [1]. I just verified that it correctly loads the attached file
with ability to volume render as demonstrated in the example.
