[Paraview] PV4.1: How to see the 9 scalar components of the gradient of velocity

I'm not sure how to do it in PV 4.1 but in PV 4.3 it will show all 9 scalar
components in the Calculator filter. For PV 4.1 it may be easier to use the
Python Calculator instead.
