[Paraview] Surface LIC on a surface of a sphere

Hi All,

I am trying to get surface LIC on a surface of sphere. I could get surface
lic on a plane using the following vtk data format:

DATASET STRUCTURED_GRID
DIMENSIONS nx ny nz
POINTS N
....
...
...

POINT_DATA
VECTORS
...
...


Could you please tell me what is the data format for the surface of a
sphere?
