[Paraview] Xdmf Sample Files

I would like to use the xdmf file format combined with hdf5 in order to
output results of a finite element simulation with multiple timesteps. Can
anyone supply any sample files for doing so? Is there a tutorial or a
starting point to look? Thank you very much in advance.
