[Paraview] Use viscm to design color maps for ParaView 4.4

Dear ParaView community,

I wrote a blog post on the Python color map design utility viscm by Stefan
van der Walt and Nathaniel Smith and how to get the color maps it produces
into ParaView. van der Walt and Smith used this utility to design proposed
replacements for matplotlib's default color map, one of which is included
as a file you can import into ParaView.
