[Paraview] Crash loading Catalyst plugin

Hey y'all -

We're seeing a crash that seems to be caused by the Catalyst plugin - when you try to connect the GUI to an external server with the Catalyst plugin loaded, the GUI crashes.    If you do not have the plugin loaded, you can connect and then load the plugin.
