[Paraview] Filename when saving data

Hi,

when I save data to a file, it always appends a '0' to my filename.
I guess it is a bug. Especially the question whether I want to
overwrite an existing file is misplaced: if I delete the ending zero
in my filename before saving, it will not ask me, but will directly
overwrite the existing file. I am using paraview 4.2.0.
