[Paraview] [bug] load -> remove -> load plugin nolonger appears in manager

Hey,

Not sure if this is the best place to report this.

I have noticed that if you load a plugin (xml plugin at least), then remove
the plugin, then load the same plugin again, it doesn't appear in the list
of plugins in the manage plugins window.

The plugin does however appear to load successfully and can be used.
