[Paraview] 4.4.0 Native Openfoam decomposed case reader bug

Hello,

I believe that there is a bug with the openfoam reader for decomposed
cases.  The reader cannot open all of the "U" files in the decomposed
directories.  For some reason, not all of the files cause the errors - only
one divisible by the number of parallel processes I'm running with pvserver.

  I get the errors when running 24 processes (on case decomposed into 192
directories):
