[Paraview] Distribute data

Dear:
    I know that paraview use the "vtkDistributedDataFilter" file to redistribute vtkUnstructuredGrids when  in Parallel .But I want to know which file it use to redistribute the structuredGrids espacially the ply file? who can tell me? Thank you for you help.
