[Paraview] How to simply "Reload" a data file

Hi Utkarsh,

I tested it for a series of vtu files, and indeed it works with the 4.2 RC (not with 4.0.1). Also there is no error message on the Python console any more.
Thank you!
Now I can at least follow the simulation going on by loading the vtu series.

Would it be possible to make it work also for a pvd...? :)
