[Paraview] Superbuild and Windows

The patches are attached. They aren’t much but they help get the package (on Windows and OSX) built without issues. The package I made against the system Python seems to work OK although I have not exhaustively tested it. The python interpreter interaction inside ParaView seems to work fine with the few tests and examples I ran on it.
