[Paraview] Silo and CGNS readers

You need to set the following paraview flags to enable Silo and CGNS.

PARAVIEW_USE_VISITBRIDGE=ON
VISIT_BUILD_READER_Silo=ON
VISIT_BUILD_READER_CGNS=ON
