[Paraview] OpenGL2 backend in 4.2

Hey y'all -

Anyone able to get the OpenGL2 backend to build?   If I set VTK_RENDERING_BACKEND to OpenGL2, I get:

CMake Error at VTK/Rendering/OpenGL/CMakeLists.txt:3 (message):
   vtkRenderingOpenGL cannot be built with vtkRenderingOpenGL2, please disable
   one of them.

And I can't figure out how to get past it.
