[Paraview] Changes to color bar placement and visibility

Folks,

Several new changes are hitting ParaView development repository soon,
slated to be included in the next ParaView release. We're writing a
series of blog posts that introduces several of these new features and
changes.

Here's another post discussing changes to the color bar (or scalar
