[Paraview] plotting 2D data in PV 4.1.0

[Stephen Wornom]

In 3D, I write my 3D data files so that I can visualise it using mpi. I 
would like to do the same for my 2D data. How do I write the 2D x,y with 
triangles so that I can use PV?
