[Paraview] problems building superbuild

Ok here is the error about pthread_cancel:
Any thoughts why this isn't getting picked up?
Also is there anyway to run ccmake in the paraview-build directory and have it use all the options from the superbuild ccmake? Just so I can see what was set?
