[Paraview] Building Paraview with OSMesa llvmpipe

I would like to build a parallel, OSMesa version of ParaView for my
cluster. I've been following the guide on the wiki to first build Mesa
using the OSMesa Gallium llvmpipe renderer (
http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView_And_Mesa_3D<http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView_And_Mesa_3D#Installing_OSMesa_Gallium_llvmpipe_state-tracker>).
Mesa 9.2.2 compiles and installs per those configuration options.

However when I attempt configure ParaView using the instructions towards
the bottom of the wiki page, it complains about libGLU missing. Sure
enough, there's no libGLU.so in the Mesa lib directory that was built in
the first step. As I mentioned, I didn't see any errors while building Mesa
so it would seem libGLU is not built with configure options provide on the
wiki page. I searched and haven't found anyone else with this issue. What
am I missing?
