[Paraview] python script to rotate a view (UNCLASSIFIED)

Attached is a sample. For the most part it was obtained by using the
"tracing" capabilities and adding a camera orbit animation. There's a
bug in the tracing code that is missed the adding of KeyFrames to the
CameraAnimationCue1 proxy as indicated in the script.
BTW, we are working on revamping the Python tracing entirely to better
trace the user actions as well as produce more readable scripts.
