[Paraview] Animation Speed of 2D/3D View

Open up the animation view (Views -> Animation View), change the mode to real time, and set the duration to the number of seconds you want the animation to last. There are more details in the ParaView tutorial. (I expect the users guide also has details, but I have not checked.)
