[Paraview] Hanging nodes

Another option would be to constrain the solution at the hanging nodes to
be linear interpolation of the "parent" nodes. If the mesh is 1:2 balanced,
this is straight forward to achieve, otherwise you'll first need to find
the biggest cell across the edge and do the interpolation using that cell.
