[Paraview] time display from vtk files

Hi Dylan,

sorry... I misunderstood your question.
I'm not sure if there is a way to do it with VTK, but there should be a way
to do it with the "XML" evolution of the format.
If you time step is constant, a quick and dirty approach could be rename
you files like file0001, file0002, ... and then I think that
"Source>Annotate time" should work.
