[Paraview] immersive paraview for windows

Dear all,

I was experiencing problems compiling immersive paraview on windows (it's
working on linux) when I tried it last summer. Before starting to work on
it again I am looking for an easy solution. Does anyone already have a
version of Paraview (for windows) compiled with the VRPlugin, VRPN and VRUI
uploaded somewhere so that I can download it?
