[Paraview] Movies from my desktop

I want to make a movie of my screen as I interact with ParaView.  Since I want to see a user's interactions with ParaView, Save Animation isn't what I want.  Does anyone know of a tool that will do this?  Windows, Mac or Linux are fine.
