[Paraview] xml file parsing

Hi, I'm a hopeless programing novice.  I have been provided some numerical
data in a .xml file and don't know the correct reader to use.  Trial and
error has not been successful.  The data is in a lattice framework with
axis and vectors.

Any advice?
