[Paraview] Use Off-screen Rendering for Screenshots - Mac

Since we don't support offscreen for screenshots on OsX. There is not need.
The default OpenGL drivers work correctly when capturing screenshots even
with overlapping windows which is the main reason for
offscreen-for-screenshots setting.
