Try running the data through the Delaunay 3D filter. No need to subclass anything.

What about solid sphere? I have a file which records scalars of some points inside the sphere.I want to write a reader which can render the solid sphere using the record scalars.I have no idea which vtkalgorithm I should subclass.

There are several ways to create a mesh filling a solid cube in ParaView. I think the easiest is to use the Wavelet source. After you create it, change the representation from Outline to Surface to render it as a solid.
