[Paraview] paraviewweb error with master

[Paul Edwards]

ParaViewWeb is still not working even from the build directory - it fails
with:

    from vtkParaViewWebCorePython import vtkPVWebInteractionEvent
ImportError: cannot import name vtkPVWebInteractionEvent
