[Paraview] How to use Calculator for Visualisation of wind speed with isocurves

Time ago I asked for help to visualise isocurves like this pictures
using wind speed data:

In the forum it was suggested to use Calculator linked with contour
filter. I tried to learn how to use calculator filter but I can't
understand how I should write the expressions to  get the data.

Someone knows a tutorial for a similar purpose explaining how operate
with the calculator?
