You can use the Temporal Shift Scale filter to adjust the time scale of one or both of your csv files.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [Paraview] Animations Time Control
Hi,
I have two animations,
In the first one, each .CSV file mean a second on time
In the second one, each .CSV file mean a hour on time
The problem is that they must be putted together...
How can i do that?
Can i control the time of each animation separetely?
Can a animation start when another one is already running?
I am thinking about interpolation, but its huges sets of data
