[Paraview] ANSYS RST file does not work with paraview

Hello,
 
As described in Paraview's documentation.The version 4.0.1 includes a rst reader.
 
I ran a structural analysis on ANSYS 14.5 and try to read the rst-file with Paraview 4.0.1 (Win 7 64 bit).
 
It returns me the error message below.
 
As a new Paraview user it doe not mean anything for me.
 
Is there a specific process to generate the rst-file ?
Or does anyone have an APDL script to export ansys results in  a readable format (*.vtk or something like that) ?
