[Paraview] Plotting an integrated variable over time

Hi Alan,
I attached a state file that may do a bunch of what you want. This will
require you to use ParaView master as I had to change the Python
Programmable filter to enable it to loop through the time steps. Instead of
doing an integration though I'm just doing sums or counts of their fields
in the input file which is an XDMF file.
