[Paraview] Compiling ParaView: OSMesa, Gallium, llvmpipe

The host os is OS X, version 10.9.  I'll try the thing I just responded to
Dave about first, then I'll try replacing that library symlink with a copy
of the library.  Thanks for the tip.
