[Paraview] view 8-node quad mesh

Hi all,

Now I have a problem to view 8-node quad mesh in vtk file. The mesh 
(wireframe) is displayed as triangles rather than quads. It seems there 
is a similar issue reported in

http://www.paraview.org/pipermail/paraview/2011-September/022599.html

But I don't know how to solve it. I'm using 4.0.1 64bit version with 
'Use Multi-Core' option switched off. An example vtk file is attached.
