[Paraview] CMake Generating ParaView Slowly

I think what I'm seeing is specific to nightly cmake and ParaView.

If I configure ParaView with system CMake version 2.8.9 cmake takes just
1m24.100s. However nightly cmake takes forever.

Configuring VTK with system cmake takes just 0m46.588s versus 2m52.422s
for nightly cmake.
