[Paraview] CMake Generating ParaView Slowly

And ... paraview is almost useless in visual studio (2012) because projects rebuild constantly when they don't need to. 

Some dependency seems to have been introduced which causes problems.
Just FYI. I can't find a solution (I've really tried), but am working around it as best I can.

The CMake configure/generation time has indeed grown long since the modularization changes. We did some preliminary investigation and couldn't find any smoking guns, unfortunately.
