[Paraview] ANN: ParaView 4.0.0-RC2 now available for download

That is intentional. When the moving of selection buttons to the
view-toolbar, there are now too many buttons. It isn't clear how often
these camera undo-buttons were used. If there's a strong sentiment one
way or the other, we can revisit this.
