[Paraview] [EXTERNAL] color scale editor bugs, and missing luts

Hi Alan,
I was hoping that the person who deleted them would have the specifics
;-). I'm pasting a screen shot of the original list. from that list:
some of the ones that I liked:
Eos_*, Hue_Sat_*, waves,
light to dark luts:
many/most/all have been removed, those are very useful, and non-trivial
to recover in some cases. For example take BuGn in pv git master, how
would you flip that?
others that look appealing to me:
Blue-Red, Rainbow-Black, Rainbow-White, Purple-Red-Stripes, Std_Gamma-II
aside from duplicates, is there a downside to keeping all of them? It's
really hard to say which ones are going to work well until you're
actually interacting with the data...
