[Paraview] OGG support in Paraview 3.98 rc3

Anton,

I am not sure I follow your changes to
vtkSMAnimationSceneImageWriter.cxx. VTK_HAS_OGGTHEORA_SUPPORT is
defined in vtkIOMovieConfigure.h is vtkIOMovie module was built with
OGGTheora support. The changes may have gone in after RC1, so maybe
you have older source files?
