[Paraview] Observations regarding ParaView 3.98.1

Just a couple of observations regarding ParaView 3.98.1:

1) I still continue to get the "Need to fix camera link state" error 
   message when reading a state file -- even when the state file was 
   created with 3.98.1

2) The specification of bounds for the Outline Source is rather odd.  
   It appears to want "xmin,xmax,ymin" on the top line of input 
   followed by "ymax,zmin,zmax" on the lower line.  Yet tabbing from 
   one input box to another goes "xmin->ymax->xmax->zmin->ymin->zmaz"
